After you have had your FREE consultation and confirmed your tattoo with Dave, you will need to pay a $150 deposit fee to hold your appointment spot. There are NO deposit refunds for no call no shows. If you need to move or reschedule your appointment you must contact Dave at least 72 hours in advance to not lose you deposit.
